All packages are shipped via Canada Post Expedited Services. A tracking number will be provided with every purchase. Insurance is included for packages up to $100; please contact us if you wish to purchase additional insurance. Standard shipping rates will apply unless otherwise notified prior to shipping. We ship via Canada Post Expedited Services. If you wish to have your packing shipped with a faster service, then please contact us for the rate. The difference in cost is the responsibility of the customer. If you wish to use this service please notify us in the comments box, and we will charge you the difference once your package is ready for shipment. A new invoice with be sent with your package. Standard shipping charges will apply unless notified prior to shipping. Rates are subject to change without notice.
Canada Post Small Packet - This shipping option is only available for orders $50 or less. The cost is $11. This form of shipment is available at a cheaper rate because there is NO tracking number available, there is also NO insurance available. Customers use this shipping option at their own risk and Bare Baby Earth is NOT responsible for any damaged, or lost shipment. We will not refund or reimburse any lost and/or damaged articles.
Bare Baby Earth is not responsible for any additional fees charged for packages being shipped to the United States. The Buyer (US Resident) is responsible to pay for any and all brokerage fees, custom fees, duties, and taxes once your package reaches customs.
Shipping Time
Bare Baby Earth ships orders within 24 to 48 hours from time of order confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday, Sunday, or Canadian Holidays.
Bare Baby Earth ships orders via Canada Post. Canadian orders can be expected to arrive between 2 to 7 business days. Packages to the United States can take between 4 to 7 business days. We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive.
Local Pick-Up
Customers in the Barrie area may make arrangements to pick up their package from Bare Baby Earth. Prior arrangements must be made in advance. Anyone not in the Barrie area will be charged the normal shipping fees that may apply.
All return to sender packages (whether from Canada or the US) will be considered a return and will incure the same costs as a return (actual shipping costs, minus a 5% re-stocking fee).
