Q Why use cloth diapers verses disposable diapers?
A Cloth diapers are both better for your baby and the environment. The design and functionality of cloth diapers have come a long way in the past 10 years or so. You can now get cloth diapers that work and look like disposable diapers.
In the first two years of life, babies require 5000 to 7000 diaper changes. Every day in Canada 4 million disposable diapers make their way to our land fills.
Cloth diapers can encourage early potty training for toddlers. They are great to help control diaper rashes because the air circulates more freely. This also makes cloth diapers more comfortable on baby's bum.
Q Why are natural body care products better for our babies and family?
A Many chemicals that are added to today's body care products may have short or long term effects. Added toxic chemicals may cause things such as cancers, skin problems, reproductive changes, and allergies; just to name a few. There are so many chemicals in everyday products, that it makes it almost impossible to avoid all of them.
Q How can I order Kyber Outerwear products?
A You can view our website or contact us and we can email a full catalogue. Once you have decided on the products you wish to order you may contact us via email (info@barebabyearth.com), or by phone 705-798-1227 to place an order. We do not carry a huge inventory of Kyber Outerwear; we custom order. We place orders with Kyber Outerwear on the 1st and the 15th of every month; this may change closer to the Christmas holiday. Once we receive our orders from Kyber Outerwear we then ship out orders within 1 to 2 business days. To meet orders for the 1st we require orders in by 5pm the day before (30th, 31st). To meet the 15th order, we require orders in by 5pm on the 14th. All orders submitted after the deadline will be placed on the next Kyber order.
Q What are Parabens?
A Parabens is a chemical based preservative that is added to products such as lotions, soaps, wipes, bubble bath, powders, shampoos, sunscreens, and oils. Parabens are added to products to lengthen the self life of a product. Parabens may also been seen on ingredient labels as methylparbens, propylparabens, or batylparabens.
Q What are Phthalates?
A Some phthalates are found in synthetic fragrances to make them smell last longer. Other types of phthalates are used to soften plastics that are used for a variety of different things. Phthalates can also be used to manufacturer PVC or vinyl products. Phthalates can be seen on labels as dibutyl phthalate, diethyl phthalates, and the list goes on.
Q What are Sulphates?
A Sulphates are added to soaps, bubble bath, shaving creams and shampoos to give you the lather. Sulphates may be seen on product labels as sodium lauryl sulphate.
Q What is BPA (Bisphenol A)?
A BPA is used to make plastics. The plastic is clear in colour and is very durable; making it hard to break. BPA was found in baby bottles and water bottles.
Q - What is your return policy?
A - If you are unhappy with your purchase you may return your Unopened, unused, with tags, or in new condition product to Bare Baby Earth for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase minus the shipping costs. If you have received a defective product we will however refund the shipping cost. Please contact Bare Baby Earth either at info@barebabyearth.comor 705-798-1227 first to receive a RMA#. Returns without a RMA# will not be accepted for refund or exchange.
Q - How do I redeem my gift certificate?
A - Gift Certificates may be used to purchase any products advertised at Bare Baby Earth. To redeem a Gift Certificate please enter the code in the Coupon box in your shopping cart and hit "Go". Your gift certificate can be seen during during out on the right hand side of the screen under your "Total". If a "zero"balance is due please process to "Gift Cerificate 0.00 balance" option to complete check-out. Gift Certificate balances will be provided during the check-out process or you may contact info@barebabyearth.com for a current balance.
Q - Can you make your payment over the phone or by fax?
A - Yes, we will accept telephone/fax orders for those customers that may not wish to provide their information over the internet. Once a phone order has been placed please contact us within 24 hours with payment information or your order will be cancelled. You may also place your order over the phone; just provide us with full product information, including product number. |
