How they work:

Slowly squeeze excess air out of the bottle by pinching the nipple while squeezing the bottle until liquid level reaches the top of the nipple.  As the air is released, the bottle will collapse giving baby a bubble-free feeding, reducing the likelihood of colic, reflux, and spit-up.
